The machine needs to be at its final position, uncrated, with air, power, exhaust, etc., in order to install, test and provide the basic start up training during the same visit. If a second visit is needed due to lack of supplies, test material or required personnel, the second visit may be billable and would be scheduled according to FSE availability.
