From 2020/Dec./29, The P10333 camera was replaced by the P60870 camera fro all Momentum Serials Print Machine.
A customer used two years of machine camera failure, the engineer used previously purchased P10333 camera spare parts, but found the camera image black screen after replacement.
Root cause: The dip switches settings of the two cameras in the 1014500 (LED driver/feedback controller board) are different.
The two red boxes in the image below are the Settings for P10333 camera.
The two red boxes in the image below are the Settings for P60870 camera.
Troubleshooting: 1. Change the DIP Switches Settings of P60870 camera to the Settings of the P10333 camera.
2. Go to "Configprint", uncheck independant lighting control Enable.
The camera can working normally.
