How do I get a part replaced if my machine is under warranty?

You must contact Technical Support for an authorization to replace parts when a machine is under warranty.  Please provide the Tech Support team with the model and serial number of the equipment when making this request.  Upon approval of the warranty request, the Parts team will send the documentation and shipping information.
