The Protocol Plus control can be reset to the manufacturers default settings by powering the control off. Then press and hold the Stop and Down Arrow buttons while powering the control back on.
This will default the control to degrees C, with a max setpoint of 260 C, and all output relays turned off.
Note: Resetting to default will also delete all profiles.
