Aquastorm Tank Level Sensors not in Synch

The wash/rinse tank level sensor floats are designed to be in sequence. If for some reason a float opens/closes out of sequence, you will get a "Wash/Rinse Tank Level Sensor Out of Synch" alarm. For example, if your wash tank is at operating level and the low level sensor opens, you will see an out of synch alarm.

What is likely happening is a float is sticking or has an intermittent issue such as contact failure or loose connection. One of the more common causes is dirt or debris collecting on the float. You should be able to see the float status in the Digital I/O screen of the software, to see which float is causing the issue. To access the digital I/O screen shown below, select Digital I/O from the modules menu in the machine control software.

A chart has been added to help diagnose which float has issues based on the alarm given in the software.
